Olympus DS-5000 to Arrive in May

We've just received word that the first Olympus DS-5000 Voice Recorder will be arriving in the first week in May. We're excited to be one of the first dealers in the country to be offering this new product. The companion transcription kit, the AS-5000, will be arriving about two weeks later.

For our customers who want to be first in line, we are taking pre-orders at 866-408-1383.

With the DS-5000, the DSS Player Pro software is updated to Release 5, a complete bottom-to-top rewrite. Olympus has said that a free updater for Release 4 will be made available.

HOWEVER, before updating to Release 5, we are encouraging our customers to contact us for guidance, as updating could change their workflow in unexpected ways. If you bought your DSS Player Pro software for another dealer, you should contact them regarding this upgrade.
